(Expired)Well-Established English, French And Spanish Language Academy In The Centre Of Granada, Spain

The academy is located in the centre of Granada within easy walking distance to universities, shops, many tourist interests and a moment’s walk to public transportation (metro, buses taxi stand and parking).

We have 5 rooms of various sizes accommodating between 6 to 20 people with plenty of natural light. The biggest space could be divided into 2 rooms in the future if needed. All our rooms are equipped with a laptop, fiber-optic Internet connection, a big-screen TV, whiteboard, 1 or 2 tables.

The space complies with regulations and has a business license to operate. The premises are rented. The building and our school have wheelchair access.

The school has a database of over 1000 students who have studied in the academy since it opened in 2012. In an average year the school had 100 to 200 students enrolled, though numbers have dropped since Covid. We are a Cambridge Exam Preparation Centre and many of our students have sat for the Cambridge Exams as well as the DELF and DALF in French.

Since September, we have been working with a primary school in China and our teachers are ‘broadcast’ into the classrooms where the children are studying face-to-face. We hope to expand this area in the next academic year and include Spanish classes.

We have had online as well as some face-to-face classes this academic. We continue with an agreement with an Arabic language school who have been renting a classroom and we have a councillor renting another room on a daily basis. We have had some interest in the co-working concept and have shared the spaces by the hour, day, week, etc.

Opportunities to further develop the business exist as Granada attracts students from around the country for university studies, as well as students from around the world for both university and Spanish studies. And of course tourists and visitors when travel is permitted.

Due to Brexit, investing in a language school in Spain could be an opportunity for UK citizens to live and work in the country.
